Come and wallow in Mississippi Mud!


This amazing Mississippi Mud Cake will drown all your sorrows! Trust me.

Mississippi Mud Cake
4 Eggs
2 Sticks Margarine
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups flour
1/3 cup cocoa
1/2 cup cooking oil
1 Tbsp Vanilla
1 7 oz jar Marshmallow cream
8"x 11" pan

Cake:
1. Melt margarine and cocoa in a sauce pan.
2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
4. When cake is done, remove from pan and immediately spread with a 7 oz jar of marshmallow cream.
5. Let sit until marshmallow cream begins to set- then spread icing while still warm.

Icing:
1. Melt 1/2 stick margarine with 1/3 cup cocoa.
2. Mix with 1 box powdered sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla.

That's it! Now all you have to do is get muddy!
